EXPERIENCE: I have been a member of the Minnesota State Bar and an actively practicing attorney for over 25 years. I have extensive courtroom experience. As an attorney I have participated in hundreds of trials and evidentiary hearings and thousands of motions at the district court level. I have also represented over thirty clients in cases to the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court, including matters where new law was established.
